The Zenith Chair is based on the Nimrod Chair that was designed for Magis. The piece was fabricated by British coachbuilders specialising in the restoration of Aston Martins with whom Marc had previously worked to make his earlier aluminium pieces. Whereas the previous aluminium pieces had played with the relationship between the interior and the exterior, the Zenith Chair presented him with an interesting challenge to try a completely enclosed form.
