The Marc Newson X PORTER shoulder bag was a collaboration with heritage Japanese luggage company Yoshida & Co. as part of its 85th anniversary project. Based on an old Porter model that Marc used to own, the shoulder bag was updated in hickory fabric, and a detachable eyeglasses case and lens cleaner cloth has been added. The bag featured Marc’s signature orange label and the 85th anniversary logo inside.

“The concept of this product was to create an item primarily for men to use in the way women have various hand-bags. I became tired of trying to find a place for phones, glasses and various other items that are needed every day.”
