Marc conceived the 'Mini Event Horizon' as a related piece to the 'Event Horizon' table. His intention was to make a more affordable, more practical version that would serve as a small side table. The top is removable, and can be used as a tray, and objects such as magazines can be stored in the compartment below the tray top.
