The Gello table was designed for 3 Suisses, a French mail-order company. As a mail-order product, the table needed to be ultra-lightweight and easy to assemble. Marc designed the table in three very simple parts, choosing transparent polycarbonate plastic sheet for the base, a piece of plastic tubing to hold it together and a vacuum-formed polystyrene for the top.
