Marc designed the new Louis Vuitton I (RED) candle, with its unique perfume especially composed by the House’s Master Perfumer Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud. The white ceramic container features a red metal lid, a hand-painted matte red wick and a red natural leather carrying handle.

Louis Vuitton will donate $60 to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria for each candle sold, providing 300 days of life-saving medication for someone living with HIV/AIDS.

“As a long-time supporter of (RED), I approached Louis Vuitton as I thought the candle was the perfect product to turn (RED). In terms of the design, the red wick, leather handle and lid are so striking. The wick is a particularly favourite detail of mine.”
