Fabricated in the same technique as the Cast Glass chair series, the Blue Glass Coffee Table is comprised of a blue, solid glass top set upon a clear glass base. The blue glass top funnels into the central void with the ‘vortex’ effect compounded by the depth of pigment and the reflection of the solid glass. The piece recalls some of Marc’s early works such as the Black Hole and Event Horizon tables.
